Marco Pocci and Claudio Dondoli founded Archirivolto in Colle di Val d'Elsa, Italy, in 1983. While the studio began across architecture, interiors and furniture, its work evolved towards industrial design and a particular specialisation in seating.
Decades of designing chairs, stools, sofas and outdoor seating have given Archirivolto extensive experience with materials and manufacturing technologies, particularly moulded plastics. The studio follows product development through concept, prototyping and industrialisation, working closely with manufacturers to create seating suited to large-scale production
