The Dots for Muuto have become one of Tornoe's most recognised designs. What began as an idea for a mobile evolved into a new interpretation of the conventional coat hook, using a simple circular form in different sizes, colours and materials. Designed to work individually or in compositions across a wall, The Dots combine practical hanging space with the freedom to create different arrangements.
More than one million Dots have been produced, and the design forms part of the permanent collection at the Danish Design Center.
