Javan Fan: Designed for the Customer

Melbourne-based industrial designer Javan Fan develops furniture with the customer and intended use at the centre of the process. Usability, ergonomics and aesthetics are considered together to create furniture that responds to how people live, dine and relax.

Javan also considers how each design relates to the wider furniture range. Materials, proportions and visual language are developed to complement surrounding pieces, creating continuity across dining, seating and lounge settings.
